If you know me, then you know this company has been two years in the making.
Two years of working multiple jobs.
Two years of taking extra classes.
Two years of spending money I didn’t have—all to make this dream possible.
This is a love I cannot fully explain, but I ask you to join me on this journey.
Two years ago, I took my National Certified Counseling licensing exam. When I passed, surprised was an understatement. The original plan was simple: get a job with a company as a psychotherapist, collect my paycheck, and be happy.
But that wasn’t what God had in store for me.
Instead, He gave me a group of clients who pushed me far outside of my comfort zone—clients I couldn’t walk away from because I didn’t want to let them down. Through them, I discovered my purpose. I owe them this dream.
And because of that journey, I am proud to welcome you to Beautiful Minds LLC.
My name is Alexis, and I am the owner. This is not an advertisement. This is a thank you to everyone who believed in me, even during the moments when I didn’t believe in myself.
This year, I experienced a profound loss. I lost someone very special to me—my first best friend and a brother who outshined most. He was a fighter, a warrior, and a champion. He lived boldly and never took life for granted.
Because of him, I will never give up. I will always walk in the present and never take what I have been so blessed with for granted.
